Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing educational support and training to nurses working in a retail setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and education, with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and training sessions for nurses in a retail environment
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with nursing staff and management to identify educational needs and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for enhancements
- Stay current on latest nursing practices, procedures, and technologies to ensure content is up-to-date
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and attendance for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Active nursing license in Dubai, UAE
- Minimum of 3-8 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in an educational role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other educational software programs
