We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nurses in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of nurses in the telecommunications sector
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate educational materials
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of teaching methods
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing education
- Provide mentorship and support to nurses as they apply new knowledge and skills in their roles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in UAE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in telecommunications or related field is a plus
