We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in Dubai. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for nurses working in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and a passion for training and developing healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational programs for nurses working in the energy sector
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with nursing staff, management, and other healthcare professionals to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing education
- Provide mentorship and support to new and existing nursing staff
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Education preferred
- Valid nursing license in the UAE
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in nursing education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
