We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of care is provided to all construction workers on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with construction site management to assess and address the healthcare needs of workers
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and providing first aid
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all construction workers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all workers
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills
- Stay current on healthcare trends and best practices to ensure quality care for all workers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in UAE
- Minimum of [random number] years of nursing experience, with at least [random number] years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
