We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our Retail team in Dubai. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes, implementing efficiencies, and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize retail processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in sales, inventory, and other operational metrics
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and initiatives
- Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational capabilities
- Conduct regular audits of retail operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements to drive profitability
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in operations analysis or a related field, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
- Experience with ERP systems and retail management software is a plus
