We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Research Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing operations research programs to drive efficiency, optimize resources, and improve decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operations research strategies and programs to enhance operational performance and streamline processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex operational challenges.
- Utilize mathematical modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques to improve decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, track key performance indicators, and report on progress to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful program implementation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- [X] years of experience in operations research, program management, or related field within the Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
- Experience with optimization software and tools such as CPLEX, Gurobi, or Matlab.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
