We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Research Program Manager to join our Telecommunications team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the operations research program within the organization, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operations research strategies to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making processes
- Lead a team of operations research analysts and data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational enhancements
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operations research initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in operations research and apply them to drive continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in operations research, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful results
- Experience with statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
