We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, change management, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement organizational development strategies to drive business growth and improve overall performance
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to align organizational development strategies with business goals
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives
- Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of best practices in talent management and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is preferred but not required
