We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Recreation Leader to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading outdoor recreational activities for our team of Information Technology professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, team-building exercises, and other recreational outings
- Ensure the safety of all participants during outdoor activities
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, equipment rentals, and meal planning
- Develop and implement outdoor recreation programs that promote team building and wellness
- Maintain and organize outdoor equipment and supplies
- Provide guidance and instruction to team members on outdoor skills and safety protocols
- Evaluate the success of outdoor recreation programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading outdoor recreational activities
- Certified in wilderness first aid and CPR
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of outdoor equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field is preferred
