We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Recreation Leader to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading outdoor recreational activities for our transportation and logistics team. This role requires a passion for the outdoors, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create engaging and memorable experiences for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, camping, and team-building exercises for the transportation and logistics team
- Lead and supervise team members during outdoor activities to ensure safety and adherence to guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their outdoor skills and knowledge
- Maintain and organize outdoor equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate transportation and logistics for outdoor activities
- Evaluate the success of outdoor activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Leadership, or related field
- [X] years of experience in leading outdoor recreational activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
