Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Park Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all parks and green spaces within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all parks and green spaces.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and coordinate their daily tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of parks to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage the procurement of equipment, tools, and materials necessary for park maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Monitor budget expenditures and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on park conditions to management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in park maintenance or related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
