We are seeking a skilled and experienced Patent Lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, specifically in patent law, and a passion for protecting and enforcing patents in the field of transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent searches and analyzing patent landscapes in the transportation and logistics industry
- Drafting patent applications and responses to office actions
- Prosecuting patent applications before the UAE Patent Office
- Conducting patent infringement and validity analyses
- Providing legal advice and opinions on patent matters related to transportation and logistics
- Managing patent portfolios and advising clients on patent strategy
- Collaborating with inventors, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify patentable inventions
- Handling disputes and litigation related to patents in the transportation and logistics industry

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in Abu Dhabi
- [Number] years of experience in patent law, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE patent laws and regulations
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
