Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and developmental needs. This role is unique as it operates within a manufacturing environment, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the health and well-being of employees' families, particularly children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of children from birth through adolescence.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and developmental disorders.
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health screenings, and educate parents on child health, nutrition, and safety practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and family needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Stay informed about advancements in pediatric medicine and participate in continuous professional development.
- Conduct health education sessions for employees and their families on pediatric health topics.
- Serve as a resource for the manufacturing team regarding child health and wellness, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for employees with children.
- Participate in community outreach programs related to child health and welfare.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Board certification in Pediatrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Pediatrician in a clinical setting.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
