Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various pediatric diseases and injuries, as well as promoting overall health and wellness among your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough examinations of infants, children, and adolescents to assess their health and development.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique health needs.
- Monitor and track the growth and development of patients, ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
- Provide immunizations and preventive care to promote health and prevent diseases.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education on health issues, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, examinations, and treatments.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine, including new research findings and treatment protocols.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives to promote pediatric health awareness.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in Pediatrics.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric practice.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric health issues, growth and development, and preventive care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other medical software.
- BLS and PALS certification (or equivalent).
