We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer to join our team in Dubai, working within the construction industry. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of construction sites, projects, equipment, and personnel for promotional and documentation purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and marketing team to determine photographic needs and goals
- Plan and execute photo shoots at various construction sites, ensuring all necessary equipment and props are prepared
- Capture images that showcase the progress and completion of construction projects, as well as highlight the capabilities and expertise of the company
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality and consistent visual standards
- Manage and organize a digital library of images for easy access and retrieval
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve photography skills and output

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photographer, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing construction-related photography work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Understanding of construction processes and safety regulations is a plus
