Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dedicated Photographer to join our dynamic team in the education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing moments, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to convey the essence of educational experiences through photography. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of the educational environment to produce compelling images that resonate with students, educators, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture high-quality photographs that highlight the educational experiences, events, and daily activities within our institution.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and students to understand their photographic needs and develop creative concepts that align with our educational goals.
- Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software to ensure the final images meet the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital archive of photographs for easy access and reference.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and website imagery, to enhance the institution's visibility and engagement.
- Attend and document key events such as graduations, open houses, workshops, and school performances.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve skills and enhance the quality of work.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute photography projects that align with the institution's branding and messaging strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional photography experience, ideally within the education sector or a similar environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and other relevant editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles, particularly those relevant to education.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with different photographic equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and innovate in photography.
