Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot to join our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flying our corporate aircraft, ensuring the safety and comfort of our executives and cargo as we expand our operations across the region and internationally. The successful applicant will possess exceptional flying skills, a strong understanding of aviation regulations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate corporate aircraft in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and readiness.
- Plan and execute flight paths, taking into consideration weather conditions, air traffic, and operational constraints.
- Communicate effectively with ground control and other relevant authorities to ensure a smooth flight operation.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and records as per regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate flight schedules and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation technologies, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance flying skills and knowledge.
- Assist with in-flight safety briefings and emergency procedures as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with the appropriate ratings for the aircraft operated.
- Minimum of 5 years of flying experience, with at least 1000 hours of flight time.
- Experience flying corporate jets or similar aircraft is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Proficient in using flight planning software and navigation tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
