We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Ajman, UAE. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching aircrafts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and personnel, and maintaining communication with pilots and ground crew.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch aircrafts according to flight schedules and operational requirements
- Communicate with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Monitor weather conditions and air traffic to make informed decisions regarding flight operations
- Maintain accurate records of flight schedules, delays, and any incidents that may occur
- Assist in coordinating emergency response procedures in case of aircraft malfunctions or emergencies
- Provide support and assistance to pilots and crew members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
- Knowledge of Ajman airspace and flight routes
- Experience working with military or government aircrafts
