We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our healthcare team in Ajman. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching medical transportation services efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls for medical transportation services
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services based on patient needs and availability of resources
- Communicate effectively with drivers, medical staff, and patients to ensure timely and safe transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched services and update information as needed
- Monitor transportation routes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dispatching role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare services
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
