We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Emergency Medical Dispatcher to join our team in Dubai. As an Emergency Medical Dispatcher, you will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing emergency calls, providing pre-arrival instructions to callers, and dispatching appropriate emergency medical services to the scene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer emergency calls and obtain necessary information from callers
- Determine the nature and location of the emergency
- Prioritize calls and dispatch appropriate emergency medical services
- Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers, including CPR and first aid instructions
- Coordinate with other emergency response agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and dispatches
- Monitor the status of responding units and provide updates to callers as needed
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling emergency calls
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
