We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs related to consumer goods, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program plans and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions
- Prepare regular reports and updates on program performance for management
- Manage program budgets and expenses, ensuring that spending is in line with allocated funds
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market programs to consumers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing consumer goods programs
- Provide support and assistance to program participants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
