We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various educational programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program objectives are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, parents, and community members
- Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met
- Prepare and present reports on program progress and outcomes to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Provide support and guidance to program participants as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in program coordination or management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
