We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care and be able to provide support and assistance to individuals with psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patients with psychiatric disorders
- Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a psychiatrist or other mental health professional
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Help patients with daily activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Monitor and report any changes in patient behavior or condition to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in a psychiatric setting
- Valid certification as a Psychiatric Technician
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients
