Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team in Dubai. The Psychiatric Technician will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide care and support to individuals with mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and mental health, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist psychiatric patients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, and bathing
- Monitor and record patient behavior and progress
- Administer medications as prescribed by a psychiatrist
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients
- Assist with group therapy sessions and other therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a psychiatric setting
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
