Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team in Dubai. As a Psychiatric Technician, you will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide care and support to individuals with mental health disorders. This position is based in an educational setting, where you will work with students and faculty to promote mental health and well-being within the school community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students with mental health concerns
- Provide direct care and support to students in crisis situations
- Implement treatment plans as directed by mental health professionals
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to provide a holistic approach to mental health care
- Assist in the implementation of educational programs and interventions related to mental health awareness and prevention
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for students receiving mental health services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Certified Psychiatric Technician license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Familiarity with educational settings and working with students is a plus
