We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Affairs Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial services and a strong background in public relations, government relations, and communications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation and promote its interests in the financial services sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and media outlets
- Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments that may impact the company, and provide strategic advice to senior management
- Coordinate and support advocacy efforts on key policy issues affecting the financial services industry
- Plan and execute public relations campaigns to raise awareness of the company's products and services
- Manage crisis communications and media relations, including preparing press releases and statements
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or communications in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in Dubai and the wider UAE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in crisis management and media relations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
