We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote the company's image and reputation within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders to generate positive publicity and coverage for the company
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other communications materials to relevant outlets
- Coordinate and oversee media events, press conferences, and other public relations activities
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication situations effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance the company's online presence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of successful media relations and communication campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Knowledge of UAE media landscape and cultural nuances
