Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Program Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within our transportation and logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented leader who can drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Lead and manage quality assurance teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of quality are met.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, and compliance, to design and implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Analyze quality control data and metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of quality control standards and methodologies among staff.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback related to quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and customers, to ensure alignment on quality expectations.
- Prepare and present quality control performance metrics to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control and assurance within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards related to transportation and logistics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
