Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Program Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance and control processes within our energy sector operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control programs that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, while also improving operational efficiency and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control programs tailored to the energy sector, ensuring alignment with local and international standards.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, including the establishment of quality benchmarks, testing procedures, and quality audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of processes, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for enhancement.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to address quality-related inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff on quality control practices, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact quality control practices.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by promoting quality-focused initiatives and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance management, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and industry standards related to energy production and distribution.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality control programs and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
