We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and leasing, with a proven track record of success in the Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate the sale and purchase of properties
- Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the sales or leasing process
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful sales and leasing transactions
