We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development within the consumer goods industry and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities in Dubai, including market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets
- Manage all aspects of the development process, including design, construction, leasing, and property management
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and timelines
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure successful and timely completion
- Oversee the marketing and leasing of completed properties to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and business environment
