Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Manager with a focus on agricultural projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, planning, and executing real estate development projects within the agricultural sector, ensuring that they align with our strategic vision and business goals. This position requires a blend of technical skills, market knowledge, and strong leadership capabilities to manage complex projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of agricultural real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for agricultural developments, including land acquisition, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government authorities, investors, and local communities, to facilitate project approvals and build positive relationships.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure profitability and sustainability of development projects.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all projects comply with local laws, regulations, and sustainability practices, including environmental impact assessments and agricultural best practices.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are met and team performance is optimized.
- Site Assessments: Conduct on-site evaluations and inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise during the development process.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainable practices in agriculture to incorporate innovative solutions into development projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, agriculture, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in real estate development, with a specific focus on agricultural projects preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate development projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices and principles, particularly in the context of land use and sustainability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and zoning laws in Dubai and the UAE.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market analysis and financial modeling.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovative agricultural development.
