Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate development process, from initial concept through to completion, and will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee all phases of real estate development projects, including feasibility studies, site selection, design, permitting, financing, and construction management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Dubai real estate market. Utilize this data to inform project decisions and strategies.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, contractors, government authorities, and community members. Represent the company in discussions and negotiations.

- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor project expenses and ensure financial objectives are met throughout the development process.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all development projects comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes. Liaise with governmental bodies and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

- Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with development projects and implement strategies to mitigate these risks. Prepare and present risk assessments to senior management.

- Sustainability Initiatives: Promote sustainable development practices and ensure that projects align with environmental regulations and community standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and development processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
