Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our real estate strategy within the transportation and logistics sector. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate development process, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Development: Lead and manage all phases of real estate development projects from inception to completion, including site selection, feasibility studies, planning, design, construction, and leasing activities.

- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the transportation and logistics sectors to inform strategic decision-making.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, compliance with regulations, and smooth execution.

- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial models, budgets, and forecasts to assess project viability and secure funding. Monitor project financials throughout the lifecycle to ensure profitability.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all development projects comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines. Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in public hearings as necessary.

- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of design, construction, and safety.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment while promoting professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field, preferably within the transportation and logistics sector.

- Strong understanding of the real estate development process, including site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and leasing.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience in dealing with various stakeholders.

- Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and zoning laws in Dubai is highly desirable.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
