We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and manage the real estate operations in Abu Dhabi within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, operations, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize real estate operations in Abu Dhabi
- Manage a team of real estate professionals to ensure smooth operations and high performance
- Oversee property management, leasing, and sales activities in Abu Dhabi
- Monitor and analyze real estate market trends and provide insights to senior management
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to real estate operations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, and property maintenance issues
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate operations, management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software
