We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and manage our real estate operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, operations, and finance, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our real estate operations in Abu Dhabi, including property management, leasing, sales, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of our real estate portfolio.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial performance of our real estate portfolio and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, maximize occupancy rates, and generate revenue.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of property managers, leasing agents, and administrative staff to ensure that operational goals are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for our real estate operations in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in real estate management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze financial data, evaluate KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
