We are seeking a talented and experienced Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating recreational activities for our employees on construction sites in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recreation program for employees working on construction sites
- Plan and schedule recreational activities such as sports tournaments, fitness classes, and team-building exercises
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange equipment and facilities for recreational activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all recreational activities
- Maintain accurate records of participation and feedback from employees
- Assist with the development of annual budgets for recreational programs
- Collaborate with other departments to promote employee engagement and well-being

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in planning and coordinating recreational activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for recreational activities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
