We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Recreation Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating recreational activities for construction workers on our construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recreation program for construction workers, including sports leagues, fitness classes, and cultural events.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure equipment and materials needed for recreational activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and feedback from construction workers.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and advertise recreational activities to construction workers.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and celebrations for construction workers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizing recreational activities, preferably in a construction setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for recreational activities.
