We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through recreational activities, as well as a strong background in organizing and managing events and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee recreational programs and activities for employees in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and activities that promote team building and employee engagement.
- Manage recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs, including sports leagues, fitness classes, and social events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and feedback from participants.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in recreational programming and make recommendations for new initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in organizing and managing recreational programs and events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
