We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Counselor to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing counseling and support to individuals with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities to help them achieve their maximum level of independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
- Provide counseling and support to clients and their families to help them cope with the challenges of living with a disability
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other support services to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services in the community
- Provide education and training to clients on adaptive strategies, coping skills, and resources available to them
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience working as a Rehabilitation Counselor or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds and disabilities
- Knowledge of local resources and support services available to individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
