We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Rehabilitation Counselor in the education sector, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students with disabilities, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs and abilities of students with disabilities
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Provide counseling and support services to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success
- Coordinate with teachers and other school staff to ensure that students with disabilities receive appropriate accommodations and support services
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to IEPs as needed
- Advocate for students with disabilities to ensure they have access to the resources and support they need to succeed
- Provide training and support to teachers and school staff on best practices for working with students with disabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
