We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong background in financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about financial products and services to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
