We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Recommend educational materials based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of educational products and services is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
