Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our educational institution, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze student accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional policies and regulations
- Generate and send out invoices for tuition, fees, and other educational services
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with students, parents, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues and answer inquiries
- Work closely with the finance and accounting team to reconcile revenue and expenses
- Prepare financial reports and analysis related to revenue cycle performance
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to revenue cycle management
- Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management in an educational institution or related industry
- Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
