Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry and a strong background in revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the revenue cycle process for construction projects, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and customers
- Monitor and track project revenue and expenses
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting on revenue cycle performance
- Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Implement and maintain best practices in revenue cycle management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to revenue cycle management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project billing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
