We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our Agriculture team in Dubai. The Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our agricultural business, ensuring that revenue is maximized and financial processes are optimized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures related to revenue cycle management
- Review and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues
- Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management to support decision-making
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management in the agriculture industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements
