We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with our real estate projects and investments in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies for the real estate portfolio.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks that may impact the business.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on risk-related matters.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and report on findings to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to real estate investments in Dubai.
