We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing risks that could potentially impact the operations and financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies for the manufacturing company.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate potential risks associated with the manufacturing processes, supply chain, and market conditions.
- Monitor and analyze key risk indicators and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding the status of risk management activities and recommendations for improvement.
- Train and educate employees on risk management practices and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and assess potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
