We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with construction projects to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes for construction projects
- Identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on project timelines and budgets
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans
- Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve risks in a timely manner
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to risk management in construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in risk management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in risk management (e.g. PMI-RMP) is a plus
