We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Safety Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees, visitors, and contractors on our agricultural site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards in the workplace.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as proper equipment use, emergency procedures, and hazard recognition.
- Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve safety performance and promote a culture of safety awareness.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Safety Technician or similar role in the agricultural industry.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
